Wine is made naturally without any additives or added SO2, from organically treated very rare grape variety called KHIKHVI. Wine is made in qvevri, with skins contact. It is not filtered, not clarified and appearance of sediment is to be expected. Please store wine bottles horizontally, in a dark, cool place. Wine is best served with beef, poultry, barbeque.
